What We Don't Do

We want to be very clear about what we don't do in our cleanings. If these are things you're looking for or need cleaned, we're probably not a good fit for you. If we show up to your home and any of these things are present, we will use discretion in determining whether to clean around them (dirty dishes, dirty laundry, carpet stain, etc.) or leave the home entirely and refund your money (hoarder, biohazards, infestations). If you want clarification on a specific part of your home, send us an email or text with pictures of the area(s) in question.

• Cleaning exterior windows and blinds and opening windows to clean

• Areas inaccessible from the ground (high windows, light fixtures, ceilings, etc)

• Heavily organizing spaces (significant tidying or decluttering)

• Carpet and upholstery shampooing and steam cleaning

• Trash removal

• Cleaning houses in a hoarder/junk removal scenario

• Cleaning houses in a 'bad shape' scenario
• Heavy build up of grime on most surfaces
• Heavily soiled floors
• Human/pet biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia)
• Infestations (pests, bugs, etc)

Please note we do NOT offer a recleaning if there are workers or movers present during the clean or after we finish.

You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the cleaning start time and $100 if same day.
